1. Refund Eligibility
At lanetcore, we take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received our services or made a payment. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction and demonstrate that the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable:
- Custom software development work that has already been approved at specific milestones.
- Consultation fees for completed sessions.
- Domain name registrations and third-party hosting fees.
- Any deposits made to secure a project start date.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the request.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lanetcore.nl.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project at any time. However, you will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. If the amount paid exceeds the work completed, a partial refund may be issued.
